Pizza Dinner & Family Showcase Volunteers

Student Pizza Dinner Volunteers: Sign up to pick pizza up from Costco, donate fruits or veggies, set up tables & serve food to our fantastic students

Family & Friends Showcase Volunteers: Sign up to set-up tables at the UCHS Stadium, donate treats/baked goods, help clean-up after the event

Football Game Volunteer Opportunities

Uniforms

Come early to set up the uniforms, help the students change, and then store the uniforms after the game.

Prep Stands

Show up early to help fill the water bottles and paper the stands.

Clean Stands

Clean up the paper from the stands, take supplies back to the room, & clean out the bottles.

Front Ensemble

Help gather and move front ensemble equipment to the field and onto the field for the performance.

Prop

Help Assemble & move the Prop onto the field

Photo/Video

Take photos of our students and volunteers during the game or take a video of the fieldshow performance at halftime.

Field Tournament Volunteer Opportunities

Truck Loading

Equipment Truck Loading Crew - Come to UCHS on Friday evening to load equipment truck.

Carpool Drivers

Drive students to and from UCHS to tournament location. You must be an approved driver through the SDUSD volunteer process.

Uniform Crew

Go to tournament to help students change before and after performance; load uniforms onto trailer after performance.

Prop Crew

Come to the tournament to move the prop and place it on/off the field for the performance; Load prop back in the trailer.

Front Ensemble

At the tournament, unload front ensemble equipment from the trailer, help move it to the warm-up zone, move it on/off the field, and load it back on the traler.
